I am currently working as a Shift Lead (also as Deputy manager) managing a team of Server Build Technicians in SoftLayer Milan datacenter, some of my duties are;

- Observing employee performances, serving as an escalation point for issues requiring escalations
- Managing multiple projects relating to datacenter operations from planning to execution
- Technical interviews and training of new employees
- Support of Operations in hardware-software and customer level, including failure mode and root cause analysis
- Maintenance and troubleshooting support, internal and customer ticketing system
- Racking, building, cabling, configuring, and provisioning Intel and AMD servers and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment
- Troubleshooting, testing, being sure about quality assurance of server hardware and professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket

As Go Live team, we transformed an empty room into a fully operational data center in 2 months and in same time train the new local team of 22 person..

In a short time I became responsible for planning, editing and publishing the content and images used on Benetton group websites (benetton.com & sisley.com, etc.) in 7 languages,
Meanwhile I participated to several newsletter projects as a graphic designer and I prepared over 100 responsive newsletters.

I lead two different companies to create a new online sales and inventory management system. We merged online and offline sales systems into a new system which used to store the details of the inventory, update the inventory based on the sale details, generate sales and inventory reports periodically etc. This is one integrated system that contains both the user component (used by salespersons, sales managers inventory managers etc) and the admin component (used by the administrators for performing admin level functions such as adding new items to the inventory, changing the price of an item etc).
